H.pylori Ag Test is a sandwich lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori antigen in feces.

Accuracy: 98.3%, Sensitivity: 98.5%, Specificity: 98.1%  

Test Procedure and Interpretation of Results

1.     Unscrew the cap of the feces collection tube and take out the application stick.

2.     Dip the applicator stick into stool specimen at 3-6 different sites.

3.     Replace the applicator in the tube and tighten securely. Shake well before use.

4.     Twist off the tip. Abandon the first 3 drops specimen and then add 3 drops into the sample well.

5.     Read result between 5-10 minutes.
